Vintage Seiko World Time 6117-6400 Beautiful Charcoal Linen and Orange Dial

1968 Seiko World Time Ref. Very Nice Vintage Seiko World Time vintage piece. Functions all work as designed with a very nice charcoal linen dial. Orange marking for GMT + or - Hours from GMT inner bezel rotates as it should smoothly.

These are such nice pieces of history. Last serviced a few years ago from previous owner. I have not polished the case or bracelet and wanted to maintain as much of the originality as possible.

Very cool and hard to find piece with what I have seen others describe as an "error dial". Outer bezel shows London next to GMT and not below. London showing UTC+01 when GMT and London should be UTC +0 except, I have seen some listed with what is the updated bezel. These are really more of historic dial not an error, and makes them collectible and a unique quirky piece of history timekeeping gone by.
