For your consideration, Dr4 Watches has on offer a rare Graham Silverstone GMT fine timepiece. This is one cool modern racing and sporting timepiece that just "looks the business" on the wrist.
The silver dial with black accents and black leather strap is a classicly good looking set-up. The pop of red is used to read the second time zone while the peculiar placement of the date indicator adds a touch of whimsy. Of course we are bringing the best value on the internet because we tirelessly source our inventory and inspect very closely upon receipt for quality and authenticity. We are extremely thorough in our listings and we still absolutely encourage questions regarding the timepieces.
If you have questions regarding the specifications, provenance, history, etc. Just ask if you have a question! We only deal in 100% real watches because reputation is critical for us and in this industry in particular. We always have the inventory in our possession.
We do not do the broker thing. The condition of this watch is as follows: Pre-owned in excellent condition. I would rate this cool timepiece at 97%. Graham is a venerable English fine timepiece company with production, naturally, located in the classic horology town of La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.
La Chaux-de-Fonds is in the Canton of Neuchatel, Switzerland close to the Jura mountains. Graham watches trace their history all the way back to 1695. Graham enthusiasts and collectors are typically owned by men of action e.Military, athletes, racers, race fans and collectors who already have more common fine timepieces that one sees everywhere in the wild. With that in mind, some additional considerations about this watch include.
This watch is a modern large size of 42 mm and works well on medium to large wrists. It brings a contemporary sporting look and I can recommend this watch for somebody with a wrist size of 6+3/4 inches in circumference and larger.
I have an average size wrist (7+1/4 inches) and this watch works on my wrist --- a perfect fit in my mind. The lugs slope down nicely and the strap conforms excellently to the wrist which is why it can also work on a wrist of 6+3/4 inches. It gets worn about 1 time a month, typically at night when it is cooler.
This is peculiar watch that makes a bold "Speed Racer" kind of statement. Rock this to your next Zoom call or to your tech business and expect questions about the current state of Formula 1, your next track day and What kind of bike do you have? This particular reference puts a premium on readibility, durability and second time zone versatility while throwing off a classic racing enthusiast vibe.
An excellent "one watch" especially if you travel and do not do much by way of watersports such as swimming, scuba, surfing, etc. The watch is very comfortable given its size and the strap is secured via a classic tang buckle, naturally "signed" with Graham engraving. I have a black and red Moto Guzzi and I like this watch with my black Belstaff riding jacket, black t-shirt, black gloves, black jeans and black boots of course. This is also a relatively slim or svelte automatic GMT watch which I really appreciate. Highlights on this one include the nice, clean dial and a high-quality strap. With only 50m of water resistance, this is not a dive watch or a boating watch in terms of lay-out and intended use. Still, it is nice to know that if you find yourself in the water or in a heavy downpoor...Your watch is made for your unfortunate new environment and will be fine. The watch also features a discreet date complication and the GMT functionality via the red hand and all timekeeping information is presented in a stylish and balanced manner. Graham did a nice job with the hands, lume and arabic numeral indices (both on the dial and the bezel) in order to make actual time reading exceptionally easy and clear.
Everything we sell is working fine for all functions when it leaves our facility (or more specifically the safe deposit box where our watches reside). In some cases, we can go back to our source and get the watch repaired for free based on our relationship and reputation. We should always be the first port-of-call if there is an issue. 100% delighted customers so far and we aim to keep it that way.
Please examine the pictures, what you see is what you get. The only exceptions are the black case that we photoraph on, the photograph of the airplane and the English Bull Dog which we put in our group shots because we think it looks great. The Bull Dog is a James Bond tie-in and we kind of really like James Bond. And finally, we are an Atlanta based business but we also operate out of North Florida (some inventory in both places) as I like to include my brother in the business some. Thank you for your consideration.
