This is a rare Eloga Flipper watch manufactured between 1968 and 1970. Eloga was a subsidiary of Fortis, the Swiss watchmaker. Below the 12 o'clock peg is the ELOGA logo above "17 JEWELS" and "SUPERSHOCK", all stamped in white.
